Is you body struggling to keep up with all the fun you've been having in Winter Park? Try soaking your weary muscles in the Grand Park Community Recreation Center's giant hot tub or bask in the sauna and steam room after your action-packed day. And of course if you have kids, they'll enjoy the 25-yard lap pool, lazy river, water slide and aqua play structure. In addition to these pool features, the rec center offers a multi-sport gymnasium, a climbing wall, cardio/circuit training, free weight areas and drop-in child care.
Want to hone your golf swing, but don't want to battle the weather? Check out The Birdie Lounge's golf simulators where each bay can accommodate up to six players. You can hit balls at a driving range, play skill based mini games (similar to Top Golf) or enjoy one of 700 golf courses. Bring your own clubs or use a complimentary set of clubs.
For the creative types, Snow Mountain Ranch-YMCA of the Rockies has an arts and crafts program that is included in the day fee (materials cost extra). The ranch offers mosaics, ceramics, tie-dying, jewelry making, beading and much more. After a day of crafting, head over to their indoor pool for a relaxing and enjoyable swim; it's included in the day fee!
In addition to our recreation centers, you will also find a variety of wellness centers throughout the valley that offer massages, craniosacral therapy and yoga classes.
