Mental Health & Wellness Retreat

The activities in this workshop are designed to help you acknowledge and work through fears, recurring patterns and behaviors, limiting beliefs, and triggers. We incorporate somatic (body) and mind activities to help you reflect on the various relationships, activities and thoughts that are holding you hostage.
This 4-day, 3-night retreat offers activities and discussions to support mental health and well-being. We incorporate information and practices to release stress and reset the nervous system. You are welcome to participate in as many or little of the activities you feel appropriate for your healing: connection or solitude.
We'll spend time hiking, journaling and enjoying wellness sessions such as sound healing, yoga, breathwork and guided meditations to help you move out of beta brainwave active thinking and into a space of alpha or theta brainwave states of healing.
