• Balancing practices for home
• Sound Healing & Meditation

Come as you are. Leave feeling clearer, lighter, and more aligned. Bring a pen, journal, and water bottle. We'll provide light snacks, beverages, lunch and all necessary equipment. Dress in comfy attire and bring weather appropriate clothing for the short hike.
