Yoga en Español - Free with donation to Latinos in Grand County

This class is offered as a donation-based practice. All donations will follow to Latinos in Grand, a branch of Mountain Family Center. This class is an invitation to move gently and intentionally, guided in Spanish. Whether you're a Spanish speaker or simply curious to practice the language, you are warmly welcome. We will move slowly through the practice, taking time in each posture to connect with breath, the body and the present moment. Esta clase se ofrece como una practica basada en donaciones. Todas las donaciones se destinaran a Latinos en Grand, una rama de Mountain Family Center. Esta clase es una invitación a moverte de manera suave y consciente, completamente guiada en español. Ya seas hispanohablante o simplemente tengas curiosidad por practicar el idioma, eres mas que bienvenido/a.
