Bluebird Bistro Opening – Dinner Service

Big news — Bluebird Bistro is opening earlier than ever! Join us May 1st for the earliest culinary summer kickoff in GR history. Whether you’re escaping mud season or just craving mountain comfort food, we’ve got your table ready.

They’ll be serving up a fresh new menu from 4pm-9pm Thursday-Sunday. Then, beginning June 4th, the Bistro will expand to its full summer schedule, serving lunch and dinner Wednesday-Sunday from 11:30am-9pm.
