Senior Lunch & Learn

Step out of the house and into the library for our Lunch & Learn. Lunch will be provided followed by a 15-30 minute presentation. An excellent opportunity to meet fellow Grand County seniors and discover something new.

This month's program is: Fermentation 101: Flavor, Gut Health, and Fun! Fermented foods are a powerhouse for gut health and flavor. In this session, we’ll dive into simple recipes for homemade sauerkraut, kimchi, and tangy pickles using ingredients you already have. No fancy tools required! Learn how to preserve vegetables, boost nutrition, and bring a zing to your meals.
