The Synergy Collective

Founded by Lauren Stokes, MA, LPC, The Synergy Collective is a curated collective of counselors, wellness practitioners and community partners enhancing mental, emotional, spiritual, relational and community wellness (counseling services formerly operated under the name Create Connectivity Counseling from 2014-2025). 

Our providers and independently operated members provide holistic, attachment-based, trauma-informed and somatic approaches to counseling and wellness. Our core providers specialize in nature-based and/or equine-assisted therapy. In addition to counseling, we provide business coaching and clinical supervision and consultation to emerging therapists and wellness practitioners. 

Accepting Medicaid, United Healthcare, Rocky Mountain Health Plans, Anthem, Winter Park Resort EAP and Steamboat Resort EAP. Select providers accept Grand County Rural Health Network healthcare vouchers, and we're always here to help find the most affordable path to allow you to have ongoing care.
