It's time to get loud and proud about our destination town!

HERE'S THE MESSAGE THAT WE (AND YOU) CAN SHARE WITH THE WORLD

Do you wish you could enjoy a great mountain experience without the hassle and attitude? This is the destination for you. Easy to get to and even easier to love, Winter Park offers miles of Rocky Mountain adventure wrapped in a warm, Colorado hello. Ask a friendly local for their favorite trails, scenic spots or restaurants and one thing is for sure–your first visit will not be your last. Once you’ve found Winter Park, you’ve found your place in the Rockies.

It was tough but we nailed down five key things that define Winter Park.

OUR BRAND PILLARS

  1. As easy to get to as it is to love
  2. Warm Colorado welcomes make everyone feel like a local
  3.  Vast, world-class mountain adventures all year long.
  4. There’s a local favorite for everything you need.
  5. Live the life you love in Winter Park.

What's in a word, or two?

OUR TAGLINE

Winter Park is a place where you get all the altitude without the attitude; a place to enjoy pure Colorado fun in its most authentic state. Because Winter Park is the best of Colorado. Unfiltered.

Winter Park. Colorado Unfiltered.

All of the above is just a glimpse into OUR new community brand

Don't overlook the brand guidelines, drink them in.  The guidelines walk you through the new brand, how we got there, the messaging, the tone, the story, how to use the wording, logo and tagline and ultimately, how you can use the brand to help grow YOUR business.

This document also includes the dos and do not's for the trademarked logo and tagline, you do not want to overlook the licensing agreements, its kind of a big deal.

The brand marks (logo, design marks, font, and other design elements included in these guidelines) are to be used by licensed businesses as a complementary destination qualifier only.

The logo (or any part of it) may not be used as any business’s primary logo, or any part of their primary logo or offering, or in any way that would be interpreted as it being a business’s brand.

THE LOGO MAY NOT BE USED ON ANY ITEMS THAT ARE FOR SALE. However, the logo may be used on free giveaways for your business.

The Winter Park & Fraser Chamber of Commerce is allowed and intended to utilize this brand as their primary brand.

THE NEW LOGO & VARIATIONS

Why the new logo? Winter Park was seeking a unified identity that could be leveraged by the entire community including town, resort, and participating businesses. We explored what that brand identity would look like, and designed a mark that would identify it. The mark is a symbol for change, not just a change of symbol.
