WELCOME TO WINTER PARK HOUSE!

We specialize in large vacation homes and all of our homes are within close proximity to each other. If your a large group looking for multiple homes, we have you covered! Contact us on any questions you may have and we would be happy to help!

Our homes are all located in the heart of Fraser just 3 miles north of downtown Winter Park and 7 miles from the resort. There is a free shuttle that runs daily that will take you to and from our homes to the town or the resort, and all shuttle stops are in short walking distance from our homes! Coming to visit without a car is no issue! More here.
