Light the Night - Holiday Lighting & Ski Boot Shuffle

Light the Night marks the official opening of Winter Park's winter season, transforming Thanksgiving weekend into a lively community celebration. Residents and visitors gather at Rendezvous Event Center for the official winter lighting of the park and an evening of music, lights, movement, and winter-themed activities culminating in a festive Ski Boot Shuffle dance to the start the season. The event serves as both a seasonal tradition and a visitor experience designed to build community pride, increase shoulder-season activity, and create memorable holiday weekend experiences.
