Something in your life is ending. Or it already has. And you don't know who you are or what comes next in this new chapter.You're not broken. You're in transition.

Most of the people who come to this retreat are navigating the space between who they've been and who they're becoming. Grieving a version of their former selves, and bracing for a new, undefined vision that hasn't fully materialized.

This is a 4-day, 3-night weekend of threshold work for a small, intimate group of seven people, held in a private mountain home designed to help you take the next steps. This is an all-inclusive experience and includes several activities to nourish, replenish and regulate the nervous system so you can show up more present and with greater agency.?
