Join us for a fun and relaxing day on the water with Tame Wellness! Whether you’re a beginner or experienced, our sober lake days are all about community, adventure, and mental wellness.
Meeting time is always at 9am at Grand County Roastery in Fraser at 543 S. Zerex Street.
Must have your own transportation to the lake
Kayaks & paddleboards provided (must reserve equipment beforehand) – just bring yourself, sunscreen, water, and snacks! - we have lifejackets and will buy lunch!
