Open Group Sound Healing - Winter Park

In this one-hour session, you'll be immersed in a sound bath and guided meditation to help you deeply relax and drop into the alpha-theta brainwave state. This is the optimal bandwidth for healing and promotes healthy restoration of the physical, spiritual, emotional and subtle energy bodies. These classes are designed to help you establish a connection with community while also giving yourself a dedicated space and time for reflection and relaxation. 

Please bring water, a yoga mat, blanket and any other items that will make your meditation more meaningful.
