    • We are closed the remainder of the winter for restoration projects and will open May 28, 2021! Visitors can experience history in an entertaining way at Colorado's Largest Permanent Christmas Model Train Display and historical Visitor Center filled with educational wonders and gift shop with handmade items by local artisans. Other Moffat railroad exhibits include: Interpretive Center with a 1913 steam derrick, a 1923 renovated Union Pacific Caboose, 1905 caboose just acquired, to name a few. And we're excited to announce that our family train ride is coming this summer!
