Join me at Headwaters Center to raise money and awareness for water conservation!
Every other Thursday beginning May 25th and ending August 31st, we'll be doing yoga outdoors under the pavilion beginning at 4 pm. Each session will include poses to help us release summer heat and invite in the flowing water element. Class is appropriate for all skill levels and children are welcome.
Bring a mat, straps (if desired) water and $20/person to attend. 1/2 the proceeds are being donated to Headwaters Center. Our goal is to raise $500 or more. That means we need at least 9 people per class to achieve our donation goals! Pavilion will support up to 35 comfortably and 20-30 more on the lawn area, so invite plenty of friends! Additional donations are welcome and greatly appreciated.
