First, awaken your taste buds with a garden-fresh bruschetta appetizer. Chef Michael from Devil’s Thumb Ranch will demonstrate how to make this quick, easy appetizer. The clean tastes of tomato, basil, mozzarella, red onion, balsamic vinegar, and crostini come together to usher in the freshness of the season. You’ll learn how to cut and seed a tomato, small dice an onion the restaurant way, and assemble this colorful appetizer.

Next, you’ll savor a delicious entrée of Colorado lamb, arugula and grains, English peas, mint chimichurri, with a garlic blossom, while enjoying the wine tasting portion of this event. Presentation by a local wine purveyor will leave you with some new skills in wine and game pairings.

Finally, you’ll delve into dessert and experience buttermilk panna cotta, strawberry consomme, and candied rhubarb. Pastry Chef Taylor from Devil’s Thumb Ranch will share how this aromatic spring-time dessert is made. You will leave with a recipe to try at home.
