Downhill Fun in Mountain Bike Capital USA™

It’s no secret the Winter Park area is Mountain Bike Capital USA™, with over 600 miles of trails for every style and ability. Dirt trails, singletrack trails, cross-country trails, paved trails – we've got ‘em all!

Did you know the Winter Park area also has two different downhill bike parks, both featuring a unique variety of Rocky Mountain downhill bike terrain? Both Bike Granby Ranch and Trestle Bike Park at Winter Park Resort feature Colorado’s finest downhill thrills on a mountain bike.  Both parks offer events and races, equipment and rentals, and private coaching lessons for every experience level as well.

Bike Granby Ranch

Bike Granby Ranch is the area’s family-friendly bike park, with lift-served downhill trails for all abilities, and even more lift-served cross-country trails too. Private and group mountain bike lessons are offered, with customized lesson plans for everyone from beginners to experts. Granby Ranch also hosts plenty of mountain bike events and races, such as the Gears & Beers Enduro Race series.

Trestle Bike Park

The Winter Park Resort’s Trestle Bike Park adds even more to the mountain bike excitement in Colorado’s Favorite Playground. Trestle serves up progressive mountain bike coaching programs with experienced coaches who will have you dominating the downhill trails in no time. Whether you’re just learning to mountain bike, or fine-tuning your skills on expert terrain, Trestle’s coaches will help you take your mountain bike fun to the next level.

Mountain Bike Events

Trestle hosts some of Colorado’s coolest mountain bike events and races as well – which is to say, some of the coolest mountain bike races, anywhere, ever!  Check back soon as we list dates for Winter Park bike events.
