"When I told my family I was getting married at Winter Park Resort, my relatives from Texas were enthralled with the setting. My uncle remarked that I was "getting married in a Budweiser commercial!" It took me a minute to realize he meant that the scenery mimics the picture-perfect landscapes of commercials. And my two little cousins, who were soon going to be leading me down the aisle as flower girls, were excited in anticipation that the chairlifts were going to be orange. Although the chairlifts weren't their preferred color, the "rides" up and down the mountain thrilled them nonetheless. And when the blue bird landed on the deck that overlooked the valley below and the peaks above during the ceremony, I realized I couldn't have planned a better location for my special day."
