Curbside Recycling, LLC
Curbside Recycling started in October of 2008 to fill the void of a much needed recycling service in Grand County. We are based in Fraser, Colorado and locally owned and operated. Our goal is to provide a comprehensive recycling service that is simple, affordable and effective. Recycling is picked up from your curb every other week. We provide you with a bin and sort your material for you. The recycling is then taken to the Eco-cycle Boulder Recycling Center (www.ecocycle.org). CurbsideRecycling supports local non-profit organizations that offer environmental, social, educational, and recreational services for our community. Currently 4% of our gross income is donated to these non-profit organizations: Advocates, The Friends of Grand County Library, Headwaters Trail Alliance, and The Middle Park Land Trust.
What We Recycle: Most items are accepted, but please DOWNLOAD OUR LIST for details. Some items include glass, cans, plastic bottles, catalogs, paper, paperboard, and cardboard. We do NOT take plastics that are #7PLA or shredded paper. (Computers, Electronics and other Hard-to-Recycle Materials can be taken for an additional fee.
How Routes Work: There are routes (A, B, & C), that determine your pickup schedule depending on your location. Visit our SCHEDULE page for details. Pickup Time: Bins must be at designated spot on pickup days between 7:30am - 3:00pm.
Billing: Service is billed once a month, and to be paid by check only - NO CASH PLEASE. Cost of service: $25/month for one 18-gallon bin, picked up every other week. Additional bins can be purchased for $15/month per bin. A 30-gallon bin is available for $32/month.
