Winter Park-Fraser Valley offers 90,500 square feet of meeting space, including everything from deluxe ballrooms to rustic boardrooms.  The valley’s largest conference room (located at Winter Park Mountain Lodge) can accommodate up to 1,500 guests.   


Reunions

The Winter Park-Fraser Valley area is popular for family and college reunions, as well as guy- and girlfriend getaways, thanks to a variety of accommodations and activity options. Snow Mountain Ranch, a popular reunion location, is a year-round conference and family center operated by YMCA of the Rockies. It is nestled on 5,100 acres near Arapaho National Forest and offers tent and RV sites, lodge rooms and cabins sleeping up to 32 people. 

Winter Park-Fraser Valley dude ranches, including Devil’s Thumb, Drowsy Water and Vagabond Ranch, offer an escape from the ordinary group gathering - and many chances to bond in the great outdoors.  Contact the ranches for specific information on availability and rates.
