15 miles north of Winter Park is the quaint ski area of SolVista Basin at Gran
by Ranch. Its family-friendly nature is perfect for the family to learn to ski together. The Ski/Ride School at SolVista Basin is a perfect place to learn to tackle the slopes with the gentle terrain, kind instructors, and a seven progression in the terrain parks. SolVista is also the only night skiing and snowboarding facilty in the Winter Park-Fraser Valley available on Saturdays throughout the season.
